You can’t go wrong with the Accord! It is arguably the best mid-size sedan under 10k you can buy. It does everything well, is incredibly roomy and comfortable, and both of its engines-a 3.0-liter V6 and a 2.3-liter four-cylinder-are smooth and responsive. The Accord is now the most Googled vehicle and for good reason. The reason is the reliability factor. This car will give close to zero problems even without being well maintained. The Accord is relatively inexpensive to service and it won’t kill you on gas.

The Toyota Camry has been America’s best-selling car for many years. In fact Toyota has the most cars on the road over 20 years old in the United states and that’s saying something. The Camry has been a mainstay in the American households and recalls or no recalls it will stand the test of time (and the media). Find me a better car for the money I dare you! Toyota’s reputation for quality, durability and reliability, is backed by the pure number of Camry owners.

The ride is a little more comfortable than the Accord but is less sporty and a little more drab in it’s exterior lines. However the Camry offers excellent creature comforts and is as safe as they come. By the way did you know Toyota is the only car fully made in America! Anyway if you are looking for the smart choice than the Camry is it.

The Hyundai Santa Fe is a great value! I bought my wife one of these because we were having a baby and needed an SUV that was lower in cost. This was the best purchase decision I have made in a long time. The Sante Fe has great power, excellant safety features, generous cargo room and even good towing capacity.

The only things I have had to do service wise on this truck is brakes and oil changes! It hasn’t given me one problem which I appreciate in these times. The parts are cheap and readily available and the warranty is sick. We have taken it on and off road and it has performed admirably. The 2.7-liter and 3.5-liter V6 engines both deliver good acceleration, particularly in front-wheel-drive models. The four-wheel-drive system available with the 2.7-liter engine works well for light off-road duty.

As far as Safety is concerned side-impact air bags are standard on the Sante Fe and you will feel comfortable driving due to it’s high seating position which adds to visibility. So power,reliability, comfort and safety make the Sante Fe one of the most attractive small SUV’s on the market. They say you get what you pay for, but with the Hyundai Santa Fe you get a little more than usual.

With a responsive and smooth engine, the Outback offers an attractive alternative to a bulkier, truck-based sport-utility. Even at the gas pumps the Subaru impresses.The powerful six-cylinder versions rate to almost 26 mpg and while that’s not exactly Hybrid territory, it’s way better than the 15 to 20 mpg you can expect from even a mid-size SUV. A Four-cylinder Outback it will still deliver more than adequate performance, and get 22/27 mpg.

The Hyundai Tiburon is the perfect sports coupe for under $10,000 dollars. The ride and handling is superb and the interior is well designed and comfortable for a sports coupe. The Tiburon has a suspension that was made to run with the big boys also known as the European sports cars. All Tiburons are equipped with anti-lock brakes, a tire pressure monitor system, side airbags, and a 220-watt Kenwood MP3 sound system; other models or options include a four-speed automatic transmission with Shiftronic manual control, electronic stability control, and a 440-watt Infinity sound system (yep now you know why it’s on the list). The interior gauges are well backlit in a cool blue, surrounded by gun metal accents throughout.

Hyundai is fairly new at the sports car game, but they’ve done a great job, especially considering the price. The V6 engine makes a modest 172 horsepower, but it also makes a nice throaty sound when you rev it to redline, 6500 rpm. When you look into the rear view mirror, the high spoiler reminds you that you’re in a sports car. If you want a sports car but don’t want to spend a lot to do so, the Tiburon is worth considering.
